Vigo leads an innovative project to reduce harbour pollution
Three years is the period established by the promoters of the Green Sea Port Energy Center, which ultimate goal is to reduce gas emissions from ships moored in port. This is a pioneer study in the world in which the Campus del Mar, the Technological Institute for Industrial Mathematics (ITMATI) and a consortium of five Galician companies as well as the Port of Vigo where testing will be carried out.
