The last online Executive Board Meeting, taken placed on June 25, 2020 focused on the impact of Covid-19 situation on PreCoM Project. A month later, a partner effort check shows that the PreCoM Project suffers no critical issues in its plan. However, some delays must be tacked and Executive Board Meeting 12 aimed to come up with solutions for better integration and evaluation of ongoing tasks.

The Executive Board reached a consensus on how to adapt the PreCoM Project plan to Codiv-19 pandemic situation and evaluated the proposals to debate at in the next General Assembly. Likewise, ITMATI associate researchers Jacobo de Uña, Manuel Febrero y Juan Carlos Pardo Fernández, along with staff from ITMATI Technology Transfer and Innovation Unit, attended the meeting.
