CALL:  Procurement under the resolution of 6 October 2014 amending the aid research institutions of Galicia for the creation, implementation and promotion of joint research units awarded. This call is funded by the Galician Research Agency itself and the Ministry of Economy and Competitiveness under the Spanish Innovation Strategy in Galicia.
 
JOB DESCRIPTION: 1 Support Technician Researcher for the JOINT RESEARCH UNIT REPSOL-ITMATI
 
The research lines of the Joint Unit (UMI) are related to the development of mathematical and computational techniques to solve numerical simulation and optimization of large size and complexity problems that arise in the Energy Sector. The staff is incorporated into this position perform tasks of computer support to this project.
 
SCIENTIFIC DIRECTOR: Profesor Dr. D. Alfredo Bermúdez de Castro López-Varela, Professor of Applied Mathematics at the University of Santiago de Compostela and Affiliated Researcher of ITMATI.
 
CANDIDATE PROFILE:  computer training: Vocational Training, Engineering, or 3 years or Superior Engineering Degree.
