The conference is partly a spin-off from “Metallurgical Scale-up”, a project with support from the Regional Research Fund Agder and four major Norwegian companies. The conference is arranged by Teknova in cooperation with SFI Metal Production. This centre for research based innovation is supported by the Research Council of Norway and most of the Norwegian metallurgical industry.

The conference will be attend as speakers Ms. Dolores Gómez Pedreira and Mr. José Luis González Ferrín, professors of Applied Mathematics at University of Santiago de Compostela, and assigned to ITMATI researchers.
