Speaker instructions

The lecture rooms will be equipped with PC, pointer, video projector, switch and overhead projector. The PC will be provided with the following software: Windows 7, Office 2010, Quicktime, Adobe reader XI and Reproductor Media VLC 2.2.
Please, notice that each oral presentation has 25+5 minutes slot depending on if it is a Special Session (SS) or a Minisymposium presentation (MS). Notice also that the 5 minutes are devoted to questions.
As early as you can, and in any case before the beginning of your session, go to the assigned room to upload your presentation. PDF files are preferred. You can use your own laptop but, in that case, please be aware that the time for your talk will be reduced due to the change of computers. Please note that all the projectors only have VGA connection. So, if your computer is not compatible with it, please remember to bring your own adaptor.
There will be an assistant at conference room before and during each session to help speakers in technical matters. If you have videos or other special elements, we advise to test the presentation with the technician well in advance of your session.
